We’re looking for passionate, creative, and energetic Activities Coordinators (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our team at Pilgrims View in Snodland, Kent.

About the Role

As an Activities Coordinator, you’ll create a wide range of engaging activities tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents. From quizzes and gardening to outings and reminiscence therapy, your work will foster independence, connection, and joy.

• Location: Pilgrims View, Snodland
• Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence & minibus assessment

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead activities that bring purpose and fulfillment to residents’ lives.
• Promote physical and mental well-being with fun, meaningful events.
• Work collaboratively with families, volunteers, and the local community to enhance residents' experiences.
• Drive the Avante minibus to make off-site activities and outings possible.

What We’re Looking For

• Caring and compassionate personality with energy to motivate others.
• Creativity to design activities that engage a variety of interests.
• Essential: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and experience in recreational activities.
• Bonus: Experience in elder-centered community work.
