Recruitment Resourcer

Location - Manchester City Centre

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Per annum - £30-35k first year OTE, progression opportunities, benefits & incentives.

Daniel Owen Manchester are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team in the heart of Manchester. This is an immediate position so if interested, get in touch.

The individual we are searching for needs to be full of energy and hungry to succeed within the business. Experience desirable but not essential. It will be an opportunity to support one of our consultants, learning along the way with the view to progressing to a Recruitment Consultant.

Daily responsibilities as Recruitment Resourcer:

• Create talent pools for current and future jobs, speaking with existing candidates and building new relationships.
• Working with your team to ensure job opportunities are filled.
• Posting adverts.
• Ensuring all workers have correct compliance.
• Ensuring all timesheets are processed on time.
• Regular check-ins / site visits to active workers.
