• Subject Matter Expert in Molecular Diagnostics
• Customer-experience focussed role

As the Solution Manager and a subject matter expert for the qPCR portfolio and its associated products, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from pre-launch to phase-out for the Molecular qPCR portfolio, including:

• Phase In: elements related to pre-launch preparation including material set up and pricing in the respective systems
• On market support including marketing, supply chain and pricing
• Phase out with consideration for effective inventory and customer management

What you will be working on:

• Work with the Sales and Support teams to deliver a positive customer experience by providing subject matter expertise
• Develop and execute clear marketing strategies for the portfolio, defining the Marketing Mix in collaboration with the Solution Managers for the associated reagents
• Define and implement an appropriate pricing strategy reflective of the strategic intent of the organisation
• Support the Customer Success team in the execution of the Marketing Strategy through customer engagement (presentations, campaigns and strategic account planning)
• Manage inventory to ensure customers receive goods on time and in full in collaboration with the local planner adhering to best practices to minimise stock on hand and write offs
• Work closely with Quality and Regulatory to ensure our products and activities are compliant with local and global standards
• Be responsible for Customer communications including Product Bulletins in collaboration with other respective stakeholders e.g. Regulatory and / or Applications

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Be customer focused, working to drive positive outcomes for both our customers and patients

As a results-driven customer-centric individual, you are able to think through problems and consider the impact of solutions and are able to build strong collaborative relationships with your customers. You have:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Molecular Biology
• Previous experience working in a Molecular Biology Laboratory preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional activities and stakeholders including Sales and Support, Regional and Global counterparts

This field-based 12 Months max term contract role requires full eligibility to live and work in Australia.
