This is a crucial position supporting the Project Management team in the delivery of construction projects for electrical infrastructure throughout the UK. The Project Management Coordinator will support with the day-to-day running of those projects, specifically project administration, upfront project preparation and planning, liaising with suppliers & subcontractors, resource allocation and scheduling.

More About The Role
  1. Updating internal project monitoring systems.
  2. Filing of and document control for project related documentation.
  3. Attend weekly/monthly planning and project meetings along preparation of minutes and chasing of outstanding actions.
  4. Support Project manager with Construction Phase Plans.
  5. Collate Utility Statistics for Job Packs.
  6. Support Project Manager's with material ordering and Sub-Contractor quote requests.
  7. Collate and send out Job Packs, CDM & RAMS.
  8. Collate and Distribute Resource Planning Schedule.
  9. Raising of purchase orders and payment requests.
  10. Support Streetworks Coordinator when required.
  11. Ownership and collation of Weekly Works Report, Chase Site Managers & Teams for information and distribute each week.
  12. Ensure all Project related files are documented in the relevant folders.
