Role & Responsibilities:

  • This role is ideal for a fire and security engineer looking to get off the tools.
  • 80% of the role is customer support - identifying and solving issues with fire and security equipment.
  • Working with equipment such as CCTV, Door entry, Access Control, fire Alarms, Smoke Detection.
  • Liaising with Installers to help program and set-up equipment.
  • Conducting training sessions remote or on-site.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a fire and security engineer.
  • 5 years experience of security system installation.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Experience of training others.
