We have an exciting Graduate Cover Supervisor role providing cover for primary & secondary schools on a supply basis. This role is split between two modern schools in the centre of Hounslow.

About the role:

1. Covering the class teachers' absence - you do not need to plan lessons or mark work.
2. Create an environment where students are motivated, ensuring that they stay engaged and focused on their tasks throughout the session.
3. Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment by implementing effective strategies to manage student behaviour, thereby ensuring that all students can learn without disruption.
4. Provide clear and confident guidance to students, assisting them in staying on track with their work and ensuring that they fully understand instructions and expectations.
5. Take charge of organizing the classroom, ensuring that resources are effectively managed, and the learning environment is conducive to both teaching and learning.

What We're Looking For:

1. Available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
2. Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential; prior Cover Supervisor experience is a plus.
3. Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
4. Ideally live near Hayes or have reliable transport to commute.
