This position is based at Landmark House in Cheadle, but you will work across different sites in the Manchester region (Old Trafford, Altrincham, Sale, Cheadle, Knutsford, Warrington, Bolton) Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. This will certainly suit you if you enjoy day to day change, working in new offices with new teams each day. And with this in mind, having a driving licence will help (van provided by Bruntwood).

Job purpose:
The Mobile Maintenance Team Member works across a group of buildings, carrying out maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold the highest standards as part of Bruntwood's service to their clients.
