Work on construction related contracts for HS2 development projects, including contract negotiation and management.

1. Review purchase orders, subcontracts, car park licenses, and leases.
2. Thoroughly review and advise on a variety of contracts, including FIDIC contracts, turbine supplier agreements, and agreements related to offshore wind projects.
3. Provide legal support in day-to-day business issues and contribute to other workstreams as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 5 to 15 years of experience in construction and engineering law within a law firm or in-house environment.
2. Familiarity with NEC3 contracts, turbine supplier agreements, and offshore wind.
3. Right to work in the UK and eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
