  4. Analyse process times, workflows, and resource allocation using MTM data.
  5. Maintain and update warehouse layout documentation to reflect operational changes.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety and compliance measures.
  7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and process efficiency techniques.
  8. Provide clear, data-driven reports to management on project performance.
  9. Support the team with ad-hoc analytical work to identify further improvement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates must have:

  1. Experience in logistics project planning, warehouse optimisation, or process improvement.
  2. Strong knowledge of warehouse layouts, space utilisation, and workflow efficiency.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
  4. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop and implement efficiency improvements.
  5. Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  1. Familiarity with MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) and Lean methodologies.
  2. Experience in warehouse racking inspections and compliance.
  3. Training or experience in continuous improvement techniques (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
  4. Project planning experience within a manufacturing or logistics setting.

Why Apply?
