Location: London, UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geo HR Specialist to oversee and support HR-related activities in the UK. The HR Manager will be responsible for the design and institutionalization of HR processes and ensuring all local HR compliance is achieved.
Role and responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the design, development, local implementation, and coordination of HR strategies, policies, and operations in partnership with business unit and regional leadership.
  • Evaluate challenges in the business and propose solutions to regional and corporate leadership.
  • Work closely with leadership, line managers, and employees to support business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and workplace investigations.
  • Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and proactively implement necessary updates.
  • Support audits, legal cases, and compliance-related matters, collaborating with legal teams when required.
  • Design employee engagement practices to create a positive work environment.
  • Recommend and deliver local solutions covering multiple areas of human resources including employee onboarding, local benefits, training, employee/labour relations, or other services.
  • Effectively partner with Central HR Functions such as compensation, recruiting, payroll, organizational effectiveness, etc.

Required

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources or business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in the UK, ideally in an international matrix environment, with experience in Employee relations, UK employment law, Compensation & Benefits, HR compliance, and administration.
  • Proven experience in handling complex ER cases, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of professionalism.
