Our client is an innovative fintech company revolutionising the global transfer agency landscape. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, they replace outdated systems to reduce costs, risk, and inefficiencies while delivering exceptional value to their international clientele.

Due to year on year growth, our client is seeking driven and experienced Graduate Implementation Consultants to join their Delivery team, supporting the Senior Product Delivery Managers in designing and delivering customised solutions for clients, focusing on transfer agency products, data migrations, and seamless implementation processes.

As a Graduate Implementation Consultant, you will support the Senior Delivery Manager with the following:

Client Engagement:

• Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Support with the preparation for the Senior Delivery Manager to facilitate meetings throughout the delivery lifecycle, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and supporting the building of detailed plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and trust.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements and the product roadmap.
• Develop detailed documentation covering scope, timelines, and operating models.

Project Delivery:

• Support with the end-to-end delivery of client projects, managing timelines, budgets, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure testing, validation, and reconciliation of migrated data.
• Collaborate with clients to define inflight strategies, validate runbooks, and ensure successful implementation.

Industry Expertise:

• Leverage knowledge of transfer agency products and processes to drive solution success.
• As an inquisitive Consultant, you will stay informed with industry trends and compliance requirements.
• Support the Senior Delivery Manager with training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.

Client Support:

• Offer early-life support to ensure a smooth transition to BAU operations.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, enhancing client value and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree educated.
• 2 - 3+ years of experience working within a SaaS focused implementation position.
• Proven success in delivering client-focused solutions.
• Strong knowledge of transfer agency products and experience in migrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Understanding of Financial Services Industry regulations and compliance standards.
