Salary: £35,000 per year

Job Description:

TRC are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team, working within the ECO4 scheme to deliver high-quality energy efficiency installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plastering Internal and External Finishes.
Applies coats of plaster to interior walls, ceilings, and partitions of buildings, to produce finished surface, according to architect's drawings or oral instructions.
Using hand tools and portable power tools: Direct workers to mix plaster to desired consistency.
Spreads plaster over lath or masonry base, using trowel, and smooths plaster with trowel and float to attain uniform thickness.
Ensure all work meets health & safety and quality standards.
Travel across the UK to various job sites.
Overnight stays required (expenses covered).
Collaborate with installers, site managers, and quality teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plasterer.
Knowledge of the ECO4 scheme is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
