We’re looking for a highly experienced QA Lead to establish and own the entire QA function. As the first QA hire, you’ll have significant autonomy to define frameworks, processes, and strategy for testing our Angular front-end and Node.js back-end. You’ll work closely with developers and challenge key stakeholders, including the CEO, to drive quality at every level.

The Role

• Set up the QA function from scratch, defining best practices and frameworks.
• Select and implement test automation tools for Angular and Node.js.
• Develop and execute test plans, covering both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality.
• Advocate for robust QA processes, challenging leadership when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead, building QA functions from scratch.
• Expertise in web application testing (Angular, Node.js).
• 8-10 years experience
• Strong knowledge of test automation (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JIRA).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality improvements.
• Passion for sustainability or experience in the sustainability sector.
