Our client was first established in Leeds over 20 years ago and today is one of the West Yorkshire region's most successful M&E design practices. With offices in Leeds and Belfast, the business has secured long-term customers across key sectors including logistics and distribution, retail, aviation, and high-rise residential.

Our Client is the fastest-growing independent Building Services Partnership in the Yorkshire region, now boasting one of the largest MEP Design Teams in Leeds with a headcount of 30 across M&E Design, Sustainability, and BIM.

Our client is a well-known and highly respected M&E Contractor in the Calderdale area, providing nationwide turnkey MEP solutions for the built environment.

As the business grows organically and gears up for the start of several large schemes in 2025, further technical resource is required to assist with the management of key relationships and to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The appointment of an Associate level Building Services Engineer is crucial and will be responsible for managing live schemes from initial concept to completion, ensuring expectations are collectively met and, where possible, exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage live schemes from initial concept to completion.
  2. Ensure project expectations are met and exceeded.
  3. Mentor junior members of staff.
  4. Develop a customer base with substantial growth possibilities.
Qualifications:

Applications are invited from highly experienced Mechanical or Electrical Design Engineers from a strong Building Services background, keen to further their career in a client-facing environment with direct accountability to high-profile end users delivering major schemes across the UK and wider Europe. This important position will require high levels of technical competence, clear and precise communication skills, and robust line management.
