Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Milton Keynes - hybrid working

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive to join our highly successful internal sales team based in Milton Keynes.

This is more than just a sales role as you'll form a trusted partnership with our clients, providing a consultative and collaborative service which supports the needs of their business.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, positioning the best BSI products and services based on your effective questioning techniques. You will support our existing client base, using warm leads and your product knowledge to successfully close deals.

You will be an exceptional and confident communicator as you'll spend most of your day talking to clients over the telephone and via email.

This can be a fast-paced and challenging role but extremely rewarding too as we offer an attractive benefits package including uncapped commission and career progression opportunities across our sales function.

About You

We are open to hiring candidates with different sales backgrounds, skills, and expertise. In addition to this, you should also possess the following:

  • Previous sales experience ideally in a telephony-based environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Proven experience in a target-driven environment
  • Energetic and driven
  • Hardworking and passionate
  • Ability to objection handle
  • Experience in prospecting is desirable
