Role OutlineWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor / Remote Case Manager with a specialism in mental health, to join our busy Occupational Health Team. You will be dedicated to one client where this position plays a pivotal role in the health and wellbeing of many employees across our clients sites. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, supporting employees with their health concerns, and facilitating effective case management remotely.
This is a full time homebased position.
You will be instrumental in supporting employees with their mental health concerns and providing comprehensive case management services from a remote setting. You will provide advice and recommendations on work capability, managing a case load of employees and delivering telephone consultation to assess their mental health needs and advise on appropriate support. You will develop and implement return to work plans in collaboration with employees, employers, and healthcare professionals and provide expert guidance on workplace adjustments, health surveillance, and health promotion initiatives. You will maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with professional standards and GDPR regulations.

You'll work from home but will always be part of an experienced team that work on a diverse range of cases; no two days are the same. Undertaking case management over the phone, you will be provided with our bespoke IT software to produce high quality management advice reports.
