Network Telephony Engineer needed in South East London Paying £370.51 per day ref 1480324

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Network Telephony Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing network telephony solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of our communication services. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with service users, staff, and stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback for network telephony solutions.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current telephony services and processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  3. Develop and implement network telephony improvement plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
  4. Use data and insights to inform telephony design decisions and measure the impact of improvements.
  5. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage staff and stakeholders in the telephony design process.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of telephony improvements, making adjustments as necessary.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in network telephony.
  8. Prepare and present reports on telephony improvement initiatives to senior management and other key stakeholders.
