Interim Investment accountant – HOUSING - remote

Are you a qualified accountant with housing sector experience? Have you experience delivering Investment appraisals, business partnering, and taking lead roles on projects?

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a major housing name in the Manchester area, who seek to add a qualified accountant to the team.

You will take ownership of the investment appraisal process, building and modifying the existing appraisal models, to ensure that existing and future schemes are commercially viable.

You will business partner key stakeholders throughout the projects and ensure they stay on track.

Ideally, you will have used the BRIXX system, but you MUST have housing sector experience.
