Job Requirements for CFO Role

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management
• Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Certification such as CPA or CFA is desirable
