Location: Margate

Permanent Full Time

Salary: £45,000+

Flexible working: 60% in the office, 40% at home

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Our market leading client is looking for someone with supervisor experience to join their friendly and committed team as a Senior Residential Conveyancer. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing and be able to handle a sale from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Residential Conveyancer:

• Manage a caseload
• Leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages and lease extension work

Key Requirements:

• Have supervisor experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing
• Able to handle a sale from start to finish
• Enjoy a challenging, fast-moving professional environment
• Friendly
• Team Player
• Great communication skills
