Our client who is a leader in the retail sector, is looking to recruit a Head of Talent on a 6-month FTC. The role is predominantly remote, with travel to London just twice per month. The salary on offer is up to GBP150,000 plus a 20% annual bonus and benefits.
This role will lead the design and execution of our clients Talent and Leadership agenda. You will support them to develop a suite of leading-edge interventions for their Corporate Function aligned with their Values and Leadership Framework. You will also manage their Talent Review processes, succession and design ongoing development interventions for their top talent across the business. This work will contribute to the overall Talent & Leadership strategy and support our client's transformation agenda.
