This is a rare opportunity to start as a Senior Underwriter and grow at your own pace into the lead underwriter on a £60m GWP Energy & Marine Liability book at a mid-sized Lloyd’s syndicate that values underwriting autonomy, fast decision-making, and long-term profitability. The current No.1, a well-respected technical underwriter, is ready to step up into a "Head of" position and is looking for someone to help him grow into the No.1 Energy & Marine Liability Class Underwriter position in 2-5 years.
