Job Description:

TRC are looking for an experienced Boarder/Joiner to join our team, working within the ECO4 scheme to deliver high-quality energy efficiency installations. This role involves boarding and joinery work on retrofit projects, including loft, internal wall, and room-in-roof insulation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out boarding and joinery work to support insulation installations.
Work on retrofit projects in accordance with ECO4 requirements.
Ensure all work meets health & safety and quality standards.
Travel across the UK to various job sites.
Overnight stays required (expenses covered).
Collaborate with installers, site managers, and quality teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Boarder/Joiner.
Knowledge of the ECO4 scheme is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
