We are currently recruiting for full time staff to work on established home and community-based programmes across North London and Hertfordshire, specifically Brent, Camden, and Hertfordshire Boroughs. You will work as part of a team supporting service users with primary diagnoses of autism and learning disabilities across various locations with a focus on life skills and community participation. We accept experienced graduates, professionals from other disciplines interested in supporting teenagers and young adults in their home and local community, and candidates who have previously worked in ABA or PBS settings. Beam ABA Services adopts a "positive risk taking" approach in ensuring the young people we support are provided with opportunities that increase their independence and improve their quality of life. You must have a clean UK driving licence that allows you to drive an automatic car.
We are a 7 day a week service - successful candidates should be available to work across both weekdays and weekends. We offer globally-recognised, industry-accredited training and support to give you the confidence and skills necessary to help make a significant positive difference to the lives of young people. You will be fully supervised and should be available to work some evenings and weekends. We require all Beam staff to adhere to our Code of Conduct.
