Base pay range

Location: United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £75,000 (DoE)

A forward-thinking, and vibrant Salesforce partner who have been awarded a number of times for their excellence in this space. They deliver projects predominantly within the SMB and Mid-Market, where you will be responsible for leading numerous multi-cloud projects concurrently, whilst overseeing all programs and offering support / mentorship along the way.

Your personal progression is a number one priority for the business and cater a bespoke plan from day 1 to encourage and guide you to reach new heights and potentials. Alongside this, funded certifications are available and dedicated time for L&D each month.

They are 100% remote first working, whilst fostering an inclusive and collaborative dynamic across the business. This partner is unique for fostering an inclusive and mature environment whereby you have flexi-working hours, and the ability to work abroad for part of the year.

Your role will include:

Project planning and execution
Risk and issue management
Budget and resource allocation
Change management and adoption
Mentorship and team support
Leading Salesforce implementations

Requirements:

Proven expertise as a Salesforce Project Manager
Experience delivering projects across Salesforce Core Clouds - Additional clouds are Bonus!
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Handled budgets > £100k
Proficient and clear communication skills
Salesforce Certifications - Desired but not essential
