Job Description: Waiter / Waitress Leader (Bubble Tea & Noodle Restaurant)

Position Title: Waiter / Waitress Leader

Location: W4 5

Reports To: Chef

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Waiter/Waitress Leader to oversee the front-of-house team in our bubble tea and noodle restaurant. This role involves ensuring outstanding customer service, supervising the team, and managing day-to-day dining operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:
   1. Greet and seat customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
   2. Ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience, addressing customer feedback promptly.
   3. Provide menu recommendations, including bubble tea options and noodle dishes.
2. Team Leadership:
   1. Supervise, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts.
   2. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service delivery.
   3. Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
3. Operational Support:
   1. Collaborate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
   2. Monitor table turnover and cleanliness throughout service hours.
   3. Assist in managing reservations and walk-in customers.
4. Inventory and Supplies:
   1. Oversee the availability of service essentials such as utensils, condiments, and beverages.
   2. Report inventory shortages to management for prompt replenishment.
5. Compliance and Standards:
   1. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
   2. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
2. Familiarity with bubble tea and Asian cuisine is a plus.
3. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
