Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Senior Business Development Manager – Nottingham (homebased) – £45,000 - £60,000 basic plus generous bonus

Chase & Holland are excited to be with an innovative business who are currently looking to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to help the business grow. You will be researching, prospecting and securing new business.

Senior Business Development Manager responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved against budget through business development related activity
  2. Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  3. Generating leads via cold call/contact, networking and the use of social media
  4. Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
  5. Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline targeting customers suitable for the business
  6. Maximising all revenue opportunities through cross selling
  7. Maintaining an up-to-date record of prospects and contacts, activity and opportunities via CRM system
  8. Safeguarding revenue and maximising growth by agreeing and securing contracts
  9. Building strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  10. Identifying opportunities to maximise client meetings and customer facing time
  11. Delivering sales presentations, online demonstrations and training when required
  12. Participating in tender documentation and pricing exercises
  13. Providing monthly KPI report showing actual against budget across internal key measurables
