Join us as a Project Manager, Reporting
In your new role, you'll develop plans for the delivery of a strategic reporting capability and execute plans aligned to the wider RFDT business case. You’ll ensure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be implemented and handed over.
You’ll lead a team through the project lifecycle, setting team objectives and carrying out individual assessments, while building and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions and at different levels. Your reporting knowledge will allow you to contribute to the strategic solution.
You’ll also:
We’ll expect you to have proven experience in reporting that will allow you to work with both the project team to shape the solution as well as Risk and Finance stakeholders to identify simplification opportunities leveraging the simplified data flows. You'll hold a project management qualification, as well as some experience in change management. You should also have experience of delivering strategic projects, ideally data-related, that support the business strategy and its growth agenda.
