The role
As a Quality Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll play a key part in shaping quality assurance across highly regulated and complex projects, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and internal standards.
Day-to-day, you’ll oversee project quality planning, ensure supplier arrangements meet expectations, lead investigations into non-conformances, drive continuous improvement, and engage with internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of quality delivery.
This role is full time 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check(SC) security clearance for this role.
