Salary: GBP80000 - GBP90000 per annum + 5% bonus

Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Functional HR Oracle Engineer (Oracle HCM) to join their team. This role offers an attractive salary of £80,000 - £90,000 base plus a 5% bonus and periodical salary reviews. The position is fully remote with no office expectation, providing you with the flexibility to work from home. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in HCM, your expertise will be instrumental in driving the company's Oracle functions.

What you'll do:

• Manage Absence Management Configuration
• Oversee Global HR Configuration
• Play a key role in implementation processes
• Handle Performance & Talent Management module tasks
• Manage Payroll operations module tasks
• Understand and manage personalization’s & Security Technical aspects
• Utilize Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting tools

What you bring:

• Proven experience in Absence Management Configuration
• Expertise in Global HR Configuration
• Strong implementation experience within a key role
• Module experience in Performance & Talent Management
• Payroll management module experience
• Understanding of personalization’s & Security Technical aspects
• Technical experience in Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting
