Understanding Solutions are looking for a Business Analyst that specialises in CRM implementations and RFP processes.
Our client (Food and Beverage Manufacturer) is looking for a CRM Business Analyst to conduct workshops and gather requirements from all departments, with a main focus on the Sales teams. The Business Analyst will go through an RFP process with the CRM selection, ensuring it fits the company's model/process rather than opting for just the biggest CRM names. You will work closely with the Sales team to understand what has worked well for them and what they would be looking for in a CRM to transform their team and achieve greater results for the business.
There will be an element of travel to the office (Bristol / Midlands) to conduct workshops and other meetings, so please bear that in mind. Not every week, but only when essential. If you do not want to travel to the office, please do not apply.
