FRENCH SPEAKING ACCOUNTS/CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently seeking a French speaking Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team at a leading supplier of gifts and homeware accessories to retailers of all sizes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team with customer account enquiries and collecting accounts receivable payments.

Role Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Waltham Cross
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm
Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities of the role:

  1. Assisting the team with daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits and posting and allocating of cash to the accounts receivable ledger.
  2. Annual rebate calculations.
  3. First point of contact for incoming enquiries to the accounts receivable team.
  4. Respond to customer account enquiries relating to statements, credit notes, and invoices.
  5. Collect accounts receivable payments by phone.
  6. Issue credit notes.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
  8. Administrative tasks.
  9. Flexibility to cover team members when required.
  10. Carry out duties directed by the management team as and when required.

Requirements for the role:

  1. Fluent in French & English - written and verbal.
  2. Other languages are advantageous, especially German.
  3. Customer Service experience is required.
  4. Finance experience is advantageous.
  5. Good at working as part of a team.
  6. Skilled communicator.
  7. Embrace changes in reporting and daily tasks that benefit the finance team.
  8. Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  9. Dynamics Business Central knowledge is useful.
