Flexo / Label Printer

Our Client is a quality-focused leader and innovator in the self-adhesive label industry for Branded Goods and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare markets.

They currently require a Flexographic Printer to operate a 10 colour UV & water-based flexo presses.

Duties:

• Operating and tending to machines.
• Preparing products for delivery and storage.
• Handling and moving materials to produce a smooth workflow.
• Inspecting equipment to ensure safe operation.

Responsibilities:

• Daily productivity responsibility ensuring that individual schedule and targets set are achieved.
• Ensuring that jobs are produced to the highest quality level and that the quality procedures are followed.
• Responsibility for cleanliness and general maintenance of equipment used in the process.
• Relaying information through the Specification sheet on how jobs are produced and exactly what settings are required to repeat the process.
• Working with the Production Manager to continually improve quality, processes, and production efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Any form of print press operation experience will be considered as they are easily transferable skills.
• Used to working to SOPs and quality standards.
