Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy based near Islington, is currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. In this opportunity, the successful candidate will be working under the guidance of the building surveying directors and associates. This role will involve utilising and developing your technical skills, communication, health & safety, administration, and development skills.
In this position, you'll be assisting with Party Wall Issues, Dilapidations, Building Surveys, Commercial Refurbishment Projects, Contract Administration, and Project Management. Please note that these are only some of the selected duties; further details can be discussed.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience within building surveying with the ambition to pursue the RICS APC.
