Private Client Solicitor - Partner level role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a private client partner to join a growing, large regional practice. The private client team is collaborative and welcoming, working on a high quality of private client work. You'll be joining the private client team in Bath.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in private client law and be able to demonstrate strong technical ability.

You will be handling a private client caseload that includes estate administration, advising on wills and LPAs, advice on succession planning, asset protection, tax-efficient wealth, trusts, companies, partnerships, and advising on IHT and CGT.

As a partner in the private client team, you will supervise junior members and play a key role in the growth of the team. Business development will be essential; you will maintain key clients and build new contacts.

This team operates across multiple offices, so you will collaborate with the entire team beyond Bath.
