About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for dynamic and skilled Commis chef to join our catering team at the iconic Twickenham Stadium. In this high-pressure, fast-paced environment, you’ll be an essential part of delivering exceptional food to thousands of guests during world-class events. If you thrive under pressure and love working in a vibrant atmosphere, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Take charge of your section, preparing and delivering high-quality dishes in line with the menu.
2. High-Volume Service: Work efficiently to deliver large quantities of food without compromising on quality.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Chef and other commis chefs to ensure smooth service.
4. Standards & Hygiene: Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
5. Stock Management: Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimizing waste in your section.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a commis chef in fast-paced environments such as events, stadiums, or high-volume restaurants.
2. Skills: Strong cooking skills, organization, and attention to detail.
3. Pressure Handling: Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a high-energy environment.
4. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate: Compulsory!
5. Commitment: Commitment to all 6 nations games.
6. Guaranteed Shifts: 46 guaranteed shifts throughout 2025 for the right individual.
7. Food Safety Knowledge: Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety certification is preferred.
8. Flexibility: A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing demands.
