Job description

Fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join this Top 50 practice and form part of a fantastic Tier 1 Pensions & Employment team that works across the entirety of the UK and deal with clients on a national & international basis. Ideally, you will be a trainee solicitor with exposure to Pensions during your training contract, or a Pensions Solicitor with experience of working on your own caseload.

You will be expected to work with a range of corporate clients and provide comprehensive advice relating to pension schemes and arrangements, including defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, as well as restructurings and winding up, buy-in and buy-out projects, and pensions litigation. You will be dealing with a broad range of Pensions matters but will have the opportunity to advise in relation to more than 200 occupational pension schemes, ranging from £1m to more than £2 billion in size.

You will be working for one of the most flexible & agile firms in the UK, that have had flexible working policies in place for a decade. The majority of staff split their time between home & the office, usually on a 50/50 basis with scope to start & finish at a suitable time to accommodate your personal life. There may be occasions where you are expected to attend the office for complex matters but for the most part, you will be offered extreme flexibility to help you balance work & life.

This is an exciting time for a firm going through a strong growth period and offering a fantastic quality of work, coupled with great salary, career prospects, and work/life balance. On top of a generous salary, there is a fantastic benefits package also in place.
