The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) is responsible for hospitals’ and region’s marketing activities. Accountable for driving brand engagement in their region, they maximize the execution of national marketing campaigns and objectives while developing marketing strategies to be implemented locally by regions and groups of hospitals. The RMM assists Regional Operations Directors and Hospital Managers with their local marketing efforts and identifies and addresses their specific brand and marketing needs in the development of regional and hospital-level marketing plans.
While the RMM reports to the Senior Field Marketing Manager and is part of the Support Office Marketing Team, this role is an integral part of supporting the Field Team and will be relied upon to provide exemplary service to their internal customers (GVP, ROD and HMs), while supporting the initiatives of the Marketing Department. The RMM works remotely and helps oversee two or more groups which includes 100-200+ hospitals, 8-12 Regional Operations Directors and 2-3 Sr. Operators.

*All degrees will be deemed “or equivalent combination of education and experience” unless absolutely required to do the job (i.e., DVM degree for Veterinarian, Law degree for Attorney, etc.).

Additional Info: Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $67,000 - $89,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only.
