Base pay range

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 (maybe some flex)

Role: Lead Data Scientist

Our client, a Private Equity owned organization, is on the lookout for a Lead Data Scientist to join their ranks. You will be the most senior Data Scientist in the organization and hit a lot of key areas.

Joining as a Lead Data Scientist, your role will be critical as this business goes on their growth trajectory. They are investing heavily within Data & Product, and a big part of your role will be working with Product to achieve the alignment they are looking for.

There may also be scope to grow into a Head of Data Science or Data Science Manager position from Lead Data Scientist and grow out a team.

If this Lead Data Scientist role is of interest to you, we need to see the following:

• A strong STEM based academic background
• Demonstrable experience of adding impact / ROI to a business through Data Science
• An interest in LLMs but not essential experience
• Some leadership experience is a plus but not required
• Pricing experience is a must
