Window Fitter - Double Glazing Installer

Founded in the 1930s, a busy home improvement company is experiencing continued growth and is looking for an experienced Window Fitter to join their skilled team. They take pride in delivering a top-quality service across Dorking and the surrounding areas, so are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our high standards.

THEY OFFER:

1. A competitive rate (self-employed rate of £220 per day)
2. Company van, uniform, and PPE provided
3. Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
4. Ongoing training to keep up with the latest advancements in the industry

YOUR ROLE:

1. Removal of existing windows and doors, ensuring waste is cleared and the site is kept tidy
2. Installation of uPVC, aluminium, and hardwood timber windows and doors to FENSA/GGF standards
3. Fitting bifold doors, secondary glazing, roof lanterns, and skylights
4. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image
5. Working efficiently to deadlines and schedules
6. Adhering to health and safety regulations (all PPE provided)

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Recent experience as a window fitter
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
4. MTC certification and/or NVQ qualifications are beneficial but not essential
5. A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
