Asset Planner (Maternity Cover)

Location: Aberdeen - City Centre

Commenced in March 2022, Torus BGP, a JV between Bilfinger UK and Global E&C, was created to provide a full range of Integrated services across CNRI’s Ninian Central, Ninian South and Tiffany North Sea assets. Under a single operating philosophy, we deliver an extensive range of services including; Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, Lifting, Inspection, Access, Deck Management, and Fabric Maintenance. This role will lie under our O&M service line.

Main Responsibilities

IAP review

• Responsible for ensuring the O&M functional activities and events are managed and progressed through IAP.
• Ensure that the 90d schedule is fully populated with all Event and Lock activities and is achievable within the Installation & Area constraints.
• Ensure there is sufficient allowances built into the schedule to accommodate safety critical failures.
• Ensure all activities meet the required Gate Readiness criteria.
• For all approved changes, update the Primavera Identifiers and record notes.
• Accountable person for resource levelling all activities within the 90d schedule.
• Identify and communicate risk to delivery of the 90d schedule.
• Ensure you meet the minimum mandatory requirements of the CNR Integrated Activity Planning Process.
• Drive improvements through planning KPIs.

Maintenance Management Tool

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Maintenance Management Tool (Maximo) to produce work plans. This includes the following key activities:

• Ensure Primavera & Maximo remain in complete synchronisation and alignment.
• Reschedule all work which is identified as not being able to complete into future events.
• Champion data quality and continuous improvement of Maximo.

Meetings

You will chair the following meetings:

• IAP 90 Day planning meeting

You will facilitate & input to the following meetings:

• IAP 12m + planning meeting

Planning progress

• Obtain progress update of any non-Maximo activities from supervisors and validate to report progress in Primavera P6.
• Check and update the relevant gate readiness flags.

Provide holiday cover where required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling processes, concepts and tools.
• Experience of maintenance and operations planning and administration experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Offshore Certification - Bosiet, Medical, MIST.
• Expert / highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Maximo (Desirable).
• HNC or ideally HND qualified in an engineering discipline (Desirable).
• Proficient user of PowerBI, Mpower, Vantage (Desirable).
• Must be a good communicator at all routine organization levels.
• Must be a team player but have a high degree of self-motivation.
• Ability to apply planning theory, process and best practices.
• Conflict Resolution & Internal Networking.
• Ability to provide guidance and aid in the development of the wider operations team (Desirable).
