On behalf of our client who is a global provider of Soft and Hard FM services, we are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Contract Director to lead the delivery of Soft Facilities (FM) services across a high-profile, multisite contract worth £40 million.
In this strategic role, you will oversee the efficient delivery of services comprising cleaning, catering, portering, and retail operations.
As the Contract Director, you will be the main, single point of contact for the client in the contract for all things strategic and tactical to ensure our client maintains a sustainable, successful, and long-term relationship. You will be required to ensure operational delivery in the contract, meeting the contractual responsibilities and to manage development and growth opportunities and retention of the contract.
