My client is currently on the lookout for a Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary company that operates from their office in Devizes. This practice provides an extensive range of Architectural and Building Surveying services, including project work, contract administration, and cost consultancy.
This practice was established over 50 years ago and is a family-founded and run business, priding itself on the ability to deliver a friendly and reliable service to clients – from private to corporate. Over the years, they have built a strong reputable name and have a solid pipeline of work. Currently, they employ around 10 members of staff.
Projects with this practice tend to be in surrounding towns and cities, usually within 1 – 2 hours from Devizes. The sectors that you will be involved in include Residential and Commercial buildings. You will need a full UK driving licence and your own car to be able to travel to and from sites.
Some responsibilities you will have involve carrying out measured surveys, contract administration, project management, and providing professional building surveying advice.
This role is suitable for an experienced Building Surveyor who is looking for their next challenge in the industry working for an employer that offers a highly competitive package and great working environment that will provide you long term stability & structure.
