Project Manager - Clean-room Refurbishment, Irvine

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a contract role in a clean-room refurbishment project. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the project, ensuring timely and excellent execution.

Role Details:

• Sector: Construction - Specialised Clean-room
• Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project from start to finish.
  • Address challenges in turnkey construction operations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including clients and site teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Turnkey Construction Knowledge: Extensive experience in managing construction projects from design to handover.
• Clean-room Construction Expertise: Previous experience in controlled environments, especially in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors.
