SUNRISE IN NYC is an emerging online magazine centered around uplifting the female experience, and exploring creativity, love and the self.

Role Description

I am looking for several Volunteer writers to write pieces for the magazine on a semi-routine basis (2+ articles a month). You will be conducting your own research (if needed), and will write written pieces that revolve around the topics listed below. You will have full ownership of any work you choose to submit, and will have the opportunity to work with the Editor to refine your writing, at any point.

• Love & Relationships
• Politics
• Wellness & Self Care
• Mental Health & Mindset Shifts
• Creativity

As stated above, I am open to most types of written content (fiction, non-fiction, articles, poetry, personal essays).

Qualifications

• A passion for writing creativity and openly
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in online publications or blogging is a plus
