Sales Consultant – 3 day weekend, every other week - Basingstoke

£30,000 basic salary with total earnings up to £60,000 inc. bonus!

Responsibilities

A day in the life of your new role

The role is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries, selling life insurance and other protection products.

The role will entail:

  1. Helping customers understand the importance of life insurance and highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  2. Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging life insurance policies for customers over the phone, in line with our sales process.
  3. Embrace and demonstrate our core values, such as integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset.

  1. It is essential that you are a good communicator, passionate about sales, and have experience of working to and achieving targets.
  2. Having a successful career in outbound sales and being able to demonstrate consistent achievement of targets.
  3. Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. The ability to work individually as well as within a team.
