Connected Voice is seeking to appoint a Senior Advocacy Coordinator.
Salary: £32,631 to £35,020 pa for full time hours depending on experience.
Hours: Full and part time hours available up to 37 hours per week.

The award-winning advocacy service supports people in vulnerable circumstances to be aware of their rights and available choices; make informed decisions; have their voice heard; participate fully in decisions; and gain the skills to self-advocate where appropriate. You will assist the Head of Advocacy in the operation and development of the advocacy service by leading teams of Independent Advocates to meet service objectives and uphold sector quality standards. You will supervise a small team of Independent Advocates, oversee the smooth running of projects, and hold a caseload delivering Independent Advocacy yourself.
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Senior Advocacy Coordinator to lead our team in providing exceptional advocacy services. You will have a passion for social justice and a proven track record in managing others to deliver impactful results. You will be a courageous and tenacious supporter of others, proactive with excellent communication skills to work sensitively with people with specific needs.
