  • Developing tools to manage compliance horizon scanning and regulatory change management.
  • Developing management information and reporting on the firm’s corporate compliance.
We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and influence—a confident leader who is able to engage across all levels of the business applying brilliant compliance assurance in a practical way.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' managerial or senior technical experience in corporate compliance assurance or advisory programmes, audit, regulatory legal, governance or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and developing a robust, high-performance compliance, risk, or assurance function.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate regulations, regulatory themes, and compliance trends and methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with regulatory bodies and managing cross-jurisdictional issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgement and discretion.
