Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will develop and convert a robust sales pipeline by engaging with architects, designers, general contractors, and facility managers. As a Business Development Executive, you will:
  1. Drive sales by confidently making cold calls and building strong relationships.
  2. Manage end-to-end projects—from initial prospecting and presentation to follow-up and project closure.
  3. Identify new opportunities using lead generation tools and digital platforms.

Collaboration:
Your role as a Business Development Executive also involves collaborating with technical teams to deliver informative product presentations and support customers in choosing the best decorative surface solutions.

Skills & Experience:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
  1. 1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the commercial and residential design sectors.
  2. Previous experience dealing with builders merchants or installers into house builders, would be advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  4. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a proactive approach to lead generation.
  5. Highly Pro-active and self-motivated.
