We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our clients with their day-to-day financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciling accounts as needed.
  3. Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  4. Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
  5. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  6. Manage payroll processing and related reporting duties.
  7. Collaborate with accountants and other financial professionals to support client needs.
  8. Maintain an organized filing system for financial documentation.
  9. Stay up to date with relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks.
  3. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping.
  4. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  6. Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
  7. Bachelor in Accounting & Finance, MBA or similar qualifications.
